Description
Purupuru Maker is a free browser-based creative tool for turning selected parts of a still image into soft, looping motion.
Users upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image, paint the area they want to animate, choose one of six motion presets—Jelly, Sway, Bounce, Wave, Pulse, or Quake—and export the result as GIF, MP4, or WebM.
The real-time animation preview uses Three.js and WebGL mesh deformation. All image processing and encoding stay local in the browser, so source images are never uploaded to a server.
No account is required. The interface is available in English, Japanese, and Chinese, making the tool useful for illustrators, motion designers, social creators, and developers who need a quick privacy-friendly wobble effect.
